Mr. Lawrence is the President/CEO of Lawrence Strategic Solutions, which works with health systems and other organizations to develop innovative solutions to improve quality, lower costs, and grow market share. He is a highly regarded and well-connected industry leader with over 30 years of transformative healthcare leadership experience. Mr. Lawrence was formerly the President and Chief Executive Officer of INTEGRIS Health, a $2 billion organization that is Oklahoma’s largest healthcare system. He was instrumental in moving INTEGRIS into virtual care and eHealth solutions and under his leadership, INTEGRIS became an investor in advancing medical technology companies including Vadovations for ventricular assist and Otologic for reversing noise-induced hearing loss. Mr. Lawrence is a seasoned advisor and well versed in the evolving field of corporate governance. He currently serves as an Advisor to the Board of Verinovuum, an innovative technology provider focusing on reimagining clinical data interoperability. He serves on the Board of Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and also serves on the Board of the Greater Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce.
